What Do you like to do in your free time:
I enjoy reading books, laying in my hammock, and watching Netflix.
Where did you attend School?
Luther College (liberal arts college in the bluffs of Decorah, IA), I grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa – my Elementary School was called Erskine, we were the eagles.

Notes from Mrs. Miller:
Teaching: Always have taught art, mostly elementary level. This is my 12th year teaching, this is my 7th year in Lake Orion.
Philosophy: I love art. kids make me laugh. The combination is perfect. My room is often organized chaos-kids are on task, engaged, exploring and learning. This is often nosy and messy!
I have two cats – Phineas and Ferb (yes just like the cartoon). Outside of school I spend my time exploring Detroit with my husband, Mark, reading in my hammock, or watching Netflix. I’m excited for the school year to see all the students I got to know last year and watch them grow!
